POA dues are $640.00 per quarter and cover water and sewer, pool and hot tub, lawn care (mowing and trimming of bushes), management, trash pickup, and funding our reserve account for future maintenance.

You will have access to Florida Grande’s 20,000 square foot clubhouse. The clubhouse features a laundry room, fitness center, library, and office area with free wi-fi, craft room, and a billiards room. The Grande room is great for entertainment and pot-luck dinners.
