SIMPLE RULES OF THE PROGRAM

1.  Must Purchase and Close On The Home With Gilbo Realty.
2.Must Mention This Program Before We Write An Offer On A Home
3.  Must Provide A Receipt of Your Lifestyle Rental Visit.
4.  Lifestyle Visit Must Have Occurred Within The Last 3 Months.
5.  Reimbursement Will Be Provided At Closing To Reduce Your Out Of Pocket Costs.
6.  This Program Is Only For Owner Occupied Buyers, Not Investors.
7.  Must Be A Residential Home Within The Villages, Florida.
8.  Buyers Home Purchase Must Qualify Them To Use The Villages Ammenities.
9.  Minimum Purchase Price Is $300,000
10.  If using financing, Buyers lender must agree to the reimbursement in order to be valid.
11.  Minimum Commission Amount Required "Call".
12.  Maximum Reimbursement is $1,000

Note:  Due to the recent NAR lawsuit and changes that it may have on buyer commission, we may deny a reimbursement request or change this program at any time without notice.  This program only covers the home rental portion of your visit(minus taxes & fee's) only.  For Example:  If you stayed in a Village Home on your lifestyle visit for $99 per night for 5 nights.  We will reimburse you $99 x 5 or $495.
